The addition of Apricot Liqueur brings new life to this cocktail classic.
Apricot Liqueur is both sweet, tart, light and delicious, the perfect addition to almost any whiskey cocktail.

30mL Waitui Whiskey
20mL Apricot Liqueur
30mL fresh lemon juice
3 drops of foamee


Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake for 15 seconds then strain into your Martini glass and enjoy!
