Add a large ice cube to your desired glass
Add a dash of Angostura Bitters
20ml of Tangelo Liqueur
Stir until the edges of the ice cube begin to melt
Then pour over 30ml of Waitui Whiskey
Garnish with a twist of lightly charred orange peel
