45mL Greenstone Gin
20mL Simple Syrup
20mL Lemon Juice
45mL Soda Water
3 slices of Cucumber to garnish
Add Greenstone Gin, simple syrup and lemon juice to a shaker and shake until cold.
Add desired amount of soda to your shaker and strain into an ice filled Collins glass.
Garnish with cucumber.
